Trustee Recruitment
Haslemere Educational Museum is seeking to appoint new Trustees to continue to develop a diverse and forward-looking Board.
This year we are celebrating 100 years on Haslemere High Street and Haslemere Educational Museum is looking to expand its team of enthusiastic and friendly Trustees.
The Board of Trustees is responsible for ensuring that Haslemere Educational Museum is run sustainably and in accordance with its vision and aims.
All Trustees have a key role in developing strategy for the Museum's long-term future.
Trustees attend 6 Board Meetings a year, an annual strategy day and may also be required to serve on one of the sub-committees of the Board.
Trustees are also expected to play a part in fund-raising and to function as ‘ambassadors’ for the Museum.
We are looking to recruit trustees in the following areas of expertise:
- • Marketing and Fundraising
- • Human Resources
- • Equality Diversity and Inclusion

Haslemere Museum Voluntary
Garden Volunteers
We are currently looking for new garden volunteers to join our team. Anyone with half a day or so to spare can benefit from spending time in the Museum's beautiful grounds, helping to keep things tidy and cut back. If volunteers are also able to turn their hand to some occasional indoor DIY, that would be a bonus. Please contact volunteers@haslemeremuseum.co.uk.
