Hutchinson's First Museums in Haslemere 1888-1925
27 January-16 May 2026
Before finding its home on the High Street, Sir Jonathan Hutchinson's museum began in the outbuildings at his country estate at Inval, later moving to a purpose-built site off East Street (now Petworth Road). This exhibition looks at our founder, the museums he established and the collection he assembled, all in the name of education.
Open Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-4.30pm
